Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as stone work and mirror borders, may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.
Return Process:

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items.
Refund Policy

- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within [7] business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Intimate items such as mirror laces & stone laces
- Final sale or clearance items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at zardoziiofficial@gmail.com or 8779014234 with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
